MULTIFACETED

Gaby Aragon, was born in San Jose, Costa Rica. Was raised during her childhood in Florida, USA. Her new home is in Switzerland, Basel. She is a mother of 2 girls, a daughter, a sister, a partner and a friend. She is also a resourceful creator, a pioneer, a connector, intuitive, visionary and resilient.  Her top life values are freedom and compassion. She is a nature lover, a mountain jogger and is always learning and reading something!

PROFESSIONALLY

She is a Co-Active Coach working in corporate for more than 15 years. Has been coaching and developing leaders since 2017  in topics such as creative leadership, values, trust, living a fulfilled life, being agile,  resilience, navigating VUCA, psychological safety, and others.

Also, she has had a variety of roles in the past as Initiatives Manager, Strategy Lead for employee wellbeing, Lead of an innovation lab and Portfolio Management.

Gaby holds a Bachelor Degree in Law from the University Free of Law in San Jose, Costa Rica. She is certified in Leadership Circle Profile & Collective Leadership, Agile Facilitator, PROSCI Change Management, Project Management in Clinical Drug Development (University of Basel) and APM Project Management Diploma (Association for Project Management, Basel) and a Certified Co-Active Coach CPCC.
